Hello, my name is Lee McIntosh. Thank you for showing an interest in my business by visiting this web site! Currently, GopherLee only has one employee...ME! A little history behind why I chose this name:
I've entertained many different names at one time or another, but I was never sold on any of them (or someone else was already using it). Most of the jobs I've been doing on the Big Island have been what most people would call gofer jobs (running around helping others, etc.). So it hit me. Why not call my business GopherLee. I fell in love with it immediately! Feel free to contact me using the form at the bottom of the page if you would like me to do a job for you or have any questions...

I enjoy working in metal framing, especially solving difficult situations that I may encounter. My strength lies as a problem solver. I've worked in metal framing on and off since 2000. I've helped Robert Stevenson with several projects that include 3 houses, several projects for Koolau Baptist Church (located on Oahu), and the metal trusses for a church roof in Guatemala. I've helped our neighbor, Guy Denike, build his house. I am not licensed, but if you need a dependable gofer for assistance, then please contant me. References available if interested.

Remodeling

I've been helping my neighbor with remodeling and painting jobs in Kona for the past 2 years, and have decided to expand my business. These are jobs that I've done in the past:

installing laminate flooring
regrouting and laying tile
painting
installing baseboard and trim
simple repairs
installing fixtures, kitchen cabinets, and ceiling fans

Yard service (Discovery Harbour, Mark Twain, Southpoint Road, & Kamaoa Road only)

The first visit is $50 unless the yard has been well maintained. Then, for a monthly fee, I will mow, weed eat, and remove trash every 2 or 4 weeks. Contact me for a custom quote. If you only want me to do a specific job, then please contact me and we can work out a price. I have 14 years of experience caring for yards. References available if interested.
